GREATER DES MOINES, IA (May 19, 2020) — The Central Iowa Water Trails project is seeking feedback to help with long-term branding efforts for the project. Central Iowa Water Trails has welcomed local firm Strategic America and Anchorage, Alaska-based Spawn Ideas to help achieve branding and marketing goals.

As part of the research process, project leaders have released a survey for stakeholders, which is open to anyone in Central Iowa as this project will affect the entire community. This input is critical to helping make this project the best it can possibly be. Community members are encouraged to take the survey and share it with their networks — both those who are knowledgeable on the project and those who might now know as much. Project leaders are seeking to understand how the project will work for community members from all different backgrounds.

“These are your rivers, and your input is critical to help make this project the best it can possibly be,” said Greg Edwards, President and CEO of Catch Des Moines and a Central Iowa Water Trails Incubator Board Member. “This will be the most significant environmental project Central Iowa has ever seen, and we need your help to understand how to make it work for you and your family.”
